I have used Blinds4less a while ago and received a very good service, so when a small plastic link between the tilting mechanism and the ‘wand’ broke, I asked if I could buy some replacements.

I was amazed that such a tiny task – already refused by other manufacturers – was not too much bother for B4L. Indeed I have been sent 3 little links for free as a ‘good will’ gesture.

That’s certainly ensures I’ll use these guys again!
