To be completely honest. The quality of the blinds itself is very good what I am unhappy about is the fitting, I specifically told them I have problems sleeping and I need the room to be very dark I was told that’s no problem. The blinds have been fitted but there is a massive amount of light coming in, that is completely useless having them fitted in the first place. When I contacted them I was told it’s because of the angle of the windows. Then why wasn’t I told this in the first place, I could have choose something that would fit the angle, in other words the guy who came to measure up should have been aware of this problem especially after I pointed out my requirements for the room to be dark. So black out blinds are not serving the intended purpose.
I even had to spend more money purchasing another blind to go behind the first one from the same company and the problem remains the same.
I feel cheated and ripped off.
They knew it wouldn’t block the light because of the angle of the window and on both occasions just took my money and not provide what I was specifically looking for.
So completely unsatisfied with this company wish I went somewhere else.
I now have to wear sleeping blinds on my face after spending all that money for nothing.

Blinds4Less installed my blinds and curtains a while ago so I’m late leaving this review but they were absolutely fantastic!
A fitter from another place had installed my curtains in my living room and bedroom and did an absolutely horrific job – they were falling apart and being held in place with makeshift solutions, when Blinds4Less came for a consultation and fitting they said it was one of the worst jobs they had ever seen – needless to say I was in need of help!
Not only did they install new blinds in the bedroom but they helped to fix the prior job so the curtains could be used as intended. Special shout out to Luke and Lewis who were fantastic and so professional.
Please don’t hesitate to use Blinds4Less – highly recommended and the cost is the best value around. I have recommended them to others and would definitely use them again in future. Thank you!

We ordered some blinds from Luke at Blinds4Less London 4 years ago now. They’re beautiful and such great quality. They still look brand new. We got the remote control aspect fitted and it has been worth it ten times over. When I had my newborn baby I had had an emergency caesarean and couldn’t walk well or move around, during the recovery I was staying at home and the use of the remote control made my life so much easier! It meant I could stay lying down with my baby and could open and shut the blinds with a button, no need to get up or cause any unnecessary pain.
I love the design we chose and I would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you.

Our blinds were fitted today, much earlier than we expected. Lewis and Luke! What can we say? Lost for words! They were down to earth and so skilled to a point of exceeding our expectations. From the onset, they both acquitted themselves splendidly, oozing professionalism and customer care. No enquiry was too difficult for them to address. We were treated to fantastic service from start to finish. To cap it all, they offered us excellent value for money! We’re thrilled to bits! Fantastic transformation! Highly recommended!
