Absolutely abominable service.

They heavily advertise their price match service yet when I sent them a considerably cheaper quote from another provider they took weeks to get back to me. After multiple follow-ups they finally asked me to send them a formalised quote. I sent the formalised quote via email and gave up chasing them for a price match after hearing nothing for several months.

Customer service certainly needs tending to and they should perhaps review their promise to price match other providers if they can’t commit to this.

Really happy with the blinds and the service. The ordering of the blinds was faster than expected so installation was completed sooner. The blinds are great quality and look really nice up.

Lewis did the installation and was really good, friendly and made sure everything was done properly. Overall, really pleased with how they’ve turned out and would definitely recommend them. You won’t be disappointed!
