I booked an appointment for between 9 and 10 am. No one showed up neither was there any updates. It took 3 calls to get through to someone (the first 2 went to voicemail. I cancelled the appointment 1 hour 45 minutes after 9 am reckoning if this is their level of customer service I’m not interested. I won’t recommend them to anyone!!
