100% Would Recommend – Top-Quality, Friendly Customer Service
2 Month Wait – The pandemic seemed to have prompted a nationwide surge for home improvement over lockdown, including people wanting to re-do their BLINDS. I am sure this was the reason it took over 2 months from consultation to my blinds being fitted and I am confident I would have found this to be the case with any of their competitors (which BLINDS4LESS were happy to price match).
Brilliant Customer Service – The star of the show has to be STEF from customer service, who held my hand through the whole process and kept me up to date by calling me often, which helped with the slight delay. Charming, down to earth, relatable, friendly lady who made the whole experience more enjoyable! She even called me personally when my blinds had been ordered and could finally be fitted. She might even have been even happier than I was?
Consultation & Fitting – The gentlemen who visited for the consultation were informative, chatty and then when we finally got around to the fitting itself, were quick and effective. Potentially too quick as they left a bit of a mess, so if you have a white carpet like me, put a cloth down before they arrive for the fitting.
The BLINDS – The VELUX ROLLER BLIND, which is SOLAR POWERED with a remote is a total game changer. So well fitted, functions very well, black out blind and looks great. Worth every penny. We also had VENETIAN BLIND, FAUX WOOD fitted in our sitting room, which on second thought are a bit flimsy and plastic. I let then them pick these out for us during the consultation without looking at any pictures. Make sure you properly check the product first. Still, they do the job they are designed to do!
All in all, would highly recommend if you want an affordable, friendly service in central London.
