I wanted to support a local business, but I can’t recommend Blinds4Less. They offered no flexibility with scheduling—less than 24 hours’ notice for a one-hour delivery window, then no alternative for another 10 days. Each time, I was told, “this is the only slot we have.”
Communication was just as poor. On installation day, I waited four hours for Luke, who cancelled last minute—twice. He later asked what time he should come the following day, then didn’t respond until 30 minutes before the appointment confirming he was coming. Do they guys just expect you to wait around all day for them?
It’s now been over 48 hours since I asked a simple question about the quality of the blinds, and I’ve heard nothing back.
Unreliable and unprofessional.
