Excellent, professional and friendly service from start to finish. Very happy with my new blinds. When they came to measure up I was given samples of blinds to choose from. The team who came to install my blinds were really good and showed me how to operate them. I would recommend to anyone who is thinking about getting new blinds.

Very poor service. 6 weeks between measuring until a team came to fit our blind despite assurance it would be 3-4 weeks. This was only because of several chaser emails. Then, when the team finally came, they fit the wrong type of blind.
Rapid free consultation. Blinds were installed a few weeks later in about 15 mins with no mess and no fuss. And they look lovely. Will definitely use this company again. Thanks so much.
Great experience ordering and having blinds fitted with the team. I got a real sense of honesty with every interaction and Lewis was excellent at explaining the options in the first visit. There was no pressure to purchase after the quote and the wait for fitting was quicker than I expected (I think ours were done 2 weeks later!). Love the new blinds, very competitively priced and felt in good hands throughout the process. Would recommend to friends and family.
Addendum (Aug 22):
We had our blinds installed in November 21. Due to our poor understanding of how to operate them, the string system began to fray because we were pulling it at an angle. I spoke to Blinds4Less and they replaced the entire system – no charge to us. The replacement was quick and easy.
I cannot stress how excellent this company is. We’ll definitely be using them again for any future projects!
This is the second time this company has fitted blinds for me. On both occasions I’ve been extremely happy with their work, their friendliness and helpfulness. There prices are good too. I would happily recommend them.
They were amazing from the first second to the last. I called about 15 companies and they were the only ones able to come out and measure within a couple of weeks. The woman on the phone was lovely and really helpful. Lewis who came to do the measurements and chat me through my options was really helpful, thorough and friendly. He sent me a quote within an hour of him leaving my house. The guys who came to instal the blinds were quick, clean and really friendly. The blinds look great. Fab quality. Absolutely love them. My neighbours are now going to use them too.
I had my blinds installed exactly one week ago and I am very happy with the job. Great workers and great and swift customer service. I would strongly recommend. I have provided before and after photos for the potential customer. Happy days!
