From start -finish this Co. Was excellent. Each team member- Steph (Office): Went the extra mile to get me a last min. Site visit and has been accessible and responded promptly to all I asked. Luke #Measuring Guy!: Clear, no typical sales rep upsurges, just honest, knowledgeable info and accurate. Jack and TJ (Fitters): had no problems, because the blinds were on point. Fitted and look perfect. Professional, courteous, efficient, clean and respectful of the home. So excited for shutters to go up, you’d think it was my 1st time. Need great service with a smile and amazing windows? Call this fab team in E17.
Had some work done a few days ago.. When luke came round initially for the quote, he was nothing but polite professional honest and very knowledgeable. Got a very reasonable quote and clear communication from both Lewis and luke in the lead up to getting them fitted. And the fitter TJ was just as professional and done an amazing job.. 100% percent recommend
As competitively priced as companies which require you to install yourself & with a lead time half as long. Lewis’ attention to detail was impeccable and installation super efficient. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
This company fitted blinds in my cousin’s flat 2 months earlier and when I saw the quality of the blinds and the efficiency of the fitting I knew who was fitting my blinds! These guys are a family run business from London serving London (predominantly) so being born and bred in London it was a no brainer. Friendly, knowledgeable and the customer service is second to none. Also the price you pay for the quality of blinds you get is unbelievable. I would have paid double the price and still been smiling when I saw the end product – seriously brought my flat up another level thanks so much guys.
excellent, helpful people…only needed a replacement part for a blind but they went out of their way to get it for me on the day

Everyone mentions how friendly all the staff are. It’s true! They have a great team spirit and desire to provide a wonderful service. Furthermore, they are also super-competent. I walked in off the street asking for a repair to a blind that they hadn’t sold me and the service was unbelievable. They sorted my problem. Nothing is too much trouble. I will always use them in future.

Excellent service I have used blinds for less twice now was very happy with what they did great price excellent quality blinds would highly recommend I wouldn’t go anywhere else
Unbelievable attention to detail considering how competitive the price was. We already knew they were good having knocked on a neighbours door to ask who did their blinds. But the speed of turn around and customer service was excellent. Can’t recommend Lewis and team highly enough.
