From start -finish this Co. Was excellent. Each team member- Steph (Office): Went the extra mile to get me a last min. Site visit and has been accessible and responded promptly to all I asked. Luke #Measuring Guy!: Clear, no typical sales rep upsurges, just honest, knowledgeable info and accurate. Jack and TJ (Fitters): had no problems, because the blinds were on point. Fitted and look perfect. Professional, courteous, efficient, clean and respectful of the home. So excited for shutters to go up, you’d think it was my 1st time. Had some work done a few days ago.. When luke came round initially for the quote, he was nothing but polite professional honest and very knowledgeable. Got a very reasonable quote and clear communication from both Lewis and luke in the lead up to getting them fitted. And the fitter TJ was just as professional and done an amazing job.. 100% percent recommend
As competitively priced as companies which require you to install yourself & with a lead time half as long. Lewis’ attention to detail was impeccable and installation super efficient. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
This company fitted blinds in my cousin’s flat 2 months earlier and when I saw the quality of the blinds and the efficiency of the fitting I knew who was fitting my blinds! These guys are a family run business from London serving London (predominantly) so being born and bred in London it was a no brainer. Friendly, knowledgeable and the customer service is second to none. Also the price you pay for the quality of blinds you get is unbelievable. I would have paid double the price and still been smiling when I saw the end product – seriously brought my flat up another level thanks so much guys.
